We ship across Indonesia, with order processing in 1–2 business days and delivery in 2–5 business days depending on your location. For international shipping, please contact us directly. You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't been shipped — just reach out to us as soon as possible.
We accept bank transfers, e-wallets (OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.
Most of our pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. We use high-quality synthetic stones and crystals selected for their beauty and clarity. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a soft pouch, keep it dry, and avoid contact with perfumes or lotions.
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items. Exchanges are also available if the item is still in stock. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
