Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
